Life Therapy Counseling works with clients who use selected insurance plans as well as clients who pay privately. Plan participation and coverage vary. A plan's inclusion among the practice's participating insurers does not guarantee that your specific services or sessions will be covered.
Before scheduling, contact your insurance company directly to verify your coverage for outpatient mental health services and telehealth. It is your responsibility to confirm whether Rebecca Foglietti, MA, LMHC, and Life Therapy Counseling are covered under your specific plan and to understand your deductible, copayment, coinsurance, referral requirements, session limits, and any other out-of-pocket costs. Your insurer is the source for details and determinations about your individual benefits.
You may contact the practice with questions about the insurance plans it currently participates in. However, the practice cannot determine or guarantee how your insurer will process a claim or what your plan will pay.
Life Therapy Counseling does not accept Medicare or Medicaid. Sliding-scale fees are not currently offered.
